Baby Feeding Support Packages
What We Do
One-on-one support with an experienced doula. Bridging the societal gap in breast/chest feeding support for families who need immediate help.
Why We Do It
It is normal to need breast/chestfeeding help, and we believe that learning to breast/chestfeed should happen within a supportive community. We understand waiting to see an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) can be challenging. With our services, you'll receive the dedicated listening and practical support necessary to address and resolve many common breast/chest feeding struggles. It is our aim that you feel seen, heard, and loved every step of the way.
More Than Feeding Your Baby…
Beyond breast/chestfeeding, our package is a nurturing embrace, extending beyond breast/chestfeeding to baby care tips and self-care for parents. We bring a holistic approach, looking at the bigger picture of your family’s well-being. Imagine us as your nurturing doula, holding space for your questions, concerns, and triumphs, while also sharing a few laughs and wisdom nuggets along the way.

Who We Are
Based on availability, Nicole or Olivia will be designated as your personal feeding assistant- visiting you in person and following up with virtual support in a timely manner, once you’ve inquired about support.
Hi, I’m Olivia! (she/her)
Feeding a baby requires dedication and support. As an experienced doula (since 2022) and mother (who breastfed for three years), I know firsthand how essential support is in the early days of feeding your baby. With an educational background in counselling, I offer a holistic and collaborative approach to breast/chest feeding support that is based on evidence and lived experience. When away from doula work, I enjoy romping around in the mud and sun with my preschooler, dog, and husband, dancing in my living room, and making art.

Hi, I’m Nicole! (she/her)
It took 11 days for my son to latch for the first time. Despite our early challenges, I am grateful to have been able to breastfeed for 3.5 years. Being able to offer immediate support for new parents means the world to me because it would have made such a difference on my own journey. I live in New Westminster with my rambunctious preschooler, and my husband. We love exploring the outdoors and attending toddler playgroups together. I also love listening to podcasts, dancing in Zumba classes and walking dogs at the local animal shelter.
